HUMAN SKILLS COHORT · UP TO 25 PEOPLE · THREE MONTHS
Your firm is rewarding judgment, adaptability and innovation. Here's how your team actually builds them.
A three-month program that makes human skills visible, practiced and measurable — for one team of up to 25 people. Not a training course. A working habit, with evidence you can point to.
Just you? Start as an individual — $49/year
WHY NOW
AI is absorbing the routine work. What's left is the human part — and nobody is developing it deliberately.
Client judgment. Difficult conversations. Reading the room. Knowing when to escalate and when to hold. These are the skills your firm now says it values most, and the ones no one has been trained to practice on purpose. This cohort gives your team a structured way to build them over a quarter — and a record of what changed.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Four outputs. One quarter.
Every person on the team leaves with something concrete. So does whoever sponsored the cohort.
A personal human-skills profile
Each participant gets a measured profile across 15 elements — judgment, composure, empathy, adaptability — with a clear starting point and a re-measure at the end.
Practice on real situations
Weekly reps on the conversations people are actually dreading: pushing back on a client, delivering hard feedback, disagreeing upward.
A team picture and shared norms
How the team handles conflict, pressure and decisions as a unit — plus agreements they write themselves and hold each other to.
Evidence worth nominating
A record of what each person practiced and what moved. Useful at review time, and useful when someone needs to make the case for a colleague.

WHO STARTS ONE
You don't need a budget cycle. You need a team.
The team lead
You have 12 to 25 people and a real sense of who is stalling on the human side. You want a quarter of structured work, not another half-day workshop.
The talent or L&D lead
You've been asked to develop judgment and adaptability firm-wide. You want to prove the approach on one team before you scale it.
The senior manager
You're the one your people bring the hard conversations to. This gives them somewhere to practice first, and gives you your own coach too.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Human skills are trainable. Most firms just never measure them.
The constraint on getting returns from AI isn't the technology. It's whether your people can exercise judgment, adapt fast and work well together while everything shifts underneath them.
High-EQ companies outperformed the S&P 500 by 10.5× — including through the 2008 financial crisis.
Employees are 3× more likely to stay with companies where they feel respected and valued.
Kindred customers see 9.2% average improvement in employee performance in the first 9 months.

$2,500 for the team. Three months. That's it.
Around $100 a person for a full quarter of measured development. Small enough to approve without a committee.

What's Next
Continue, expand to more teams, or stop. No auto-renewal.
Live within 5 business days of agreement.
If your team can't point to what changed, we refund it.
At the end of three months you get a before-and-after across every element, per person and for the team. If that report doesn't show movement worth talking about, ask for your money back and we'll send it.
One fair condition: the team has to actually show up. We'll tell you exactly what that means on the call, and we'll flag it early if participation drops.

QUESTIONS
The things people ask first.
Is this just another training course?
No. There's no curriculum to sit through. People are measured, then they practice on the situations in front of them, then they're measured again. The work happens inside their actual week.
What if my firm already runs leadership programs?
This sits underneath them. Programs teach concepts; this gives people a place to practice and a way to see whether anything changed. Teams often run it alongside existing development.
Will my manager see what I write?
No. Reflections, coaching conversations and rehearsals are private to the individual. Sponsors see participation and aggregate movement, never content.
How much time does it take?
Roughly 30 minutes a week per person, plus a kickoff and a closing session. It's built for people with no free hours.
Can we run it with fewer than 25?
Yes. The price is the same for any team up to 25, and the team-level view works well from about 8 people up.
What happens after three months?
You get the readout and decide. Continue with the same team, expand to more teams, or stop. Nothing renews automatically.
Private by default
What people write stays theirs. Sponsors see movement, not content.
